2.1 Recruiting Answers Inc. provides professional human resources consulting and recruitment services. We facilitate connections between job seekers ("Candidates") and hiring organizations ("Clients"). 2.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during all recruitment processes. 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. No Employment Guarantee
4.1 Recruiting Answers Inc. does not guarantee that Candidates will receive a job offer, or that Clients will find a suitable candidate for any vacancy. All hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Fees for our services are determined by individual service agreements between Recruiting Answers Inc. and the Client. 5.2 Payment terms will be specified in the relevant Statement of Work or Service Agreement. Candidates are not charged fees for placement services.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Recruiting Answers Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. 6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
7.1 In no event shall Recruiting Answers Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. 7.2 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services.
