2.1 Recruiting Answers Inc. provides professional human resources consulting and recruitment services. We facilitate connections between job seekers ("Candidates") and hiring organizations ("Clients"). 2.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during all recruitment processes. 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. No Employment Guarantee
4.1 Recruiting Answers Inc. does not guarantee that Candidates will receive a job offer, or that Clients will find a suitable candidate for any vacancy. All hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Client.

5.1 Fees for our services are determined by individual service agreements between Recruiting Answers Inc. and the Client. 5.2 Payment terms will be specified in the relevant Statement of Work or Service Agreement. Candidates are not charged fees for placement services.
7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
7.1 In no event shall Recruiting Answers Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. 7.2 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services.
6.1 All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Recruiting Answers Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. 6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
9. SMS Marketing Program Terms
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.1 By actively checking the optional SMS marketing consent checkbox, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Recruiting Answers Inc. about available part-time job opportunities.
9.2 Up to 2 messages per month may be sent. Message and data rates may apply.
9.3 Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After replying STOP, you will receive an opt-out confirmation and will no longer receive marketing text messages unless you opt in again.
9.4 Reply HELP for assistance or contact Recruiting Answers Inc. at services@recruitinganswer.net.
9.5 Consent to receive marketing text messages is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, applying for, or being considered for employment.
9.6 This SMS program is limited exclusively to marketing messages about available part-time job opportunities. It does not include application status updates, interview scheduling, availability confirmation, recruiting support, payment notifications, or other informational or transactional messages.
9.7 SMS consent applies only to Recruiting Answers Inc. and this specific SMS marketing program.
9.8 Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Receiving a marketing text message does not guarantee employment, an interview, placement, or eligibility for any opportunity.
